Announcements

In line with Gradient’s principles, we are obsessed with improving our work and how we do things, and communicating clearly amongst the team. With that, this announcement section features team-wide updates for easy access and reference (keeping updates from getting burried in Slack-land).

Announcements are captured by year, with the newest located at the top of the page. Past years will move to the Prior Announcements section.

Examples of the types of announcements you can find here:

Operations updates
Business updates
Hiring
Reunions
Kaizen outcomes

If you have an announcement to add, please reach out to Operations.
