Google Drive Structure
Google Drive is where most of our deliverables, summaries, proposals and additional content live. All client and project documentation must be stored within a Shared Drive. The most important part here is to create meaningful names. When reading a file name, everyone should instantly know what purpose it serves. Additionally it is extremely important to save your files in the proper location. Find out if there are folders associated with your type of content, or create additional folders to avoid clutter. The current structure is shown below and if additional folders and files are saved, should follow a similar pattern.
Revisions to the file and folder structure within our Shared Drives are forthcoming. We have begun to add a Sales folder within existing client folders to house new business work.
